The HG6000 features a CAT C-rated C18 Tier 4 Interim/Stage IIIB engine specifically chosen to meet the demands of your operation as well as those set by governmental regulations. It also comes with two adjustable screens – allowing you to mix and match screens to meet your end product needs for a variety of applications. So what exactly does this mean for you? Simply put, this system allows for more versatility on the jobsite meeting your end product needs from mulch to biofuel markets all with one machine.
- Increase productivity thanks to the exclusive Vermeer SmartGrind system, which automatically controls grinding speed based on engine rpm levels.
- Improve cutting performance using the patented series II duplex drum system with reversible hammers and cutter blocks that simplify maintenance and nearly double wear life.
- Achieve better flow of material with our single-piece discharge conveyor belt.
- Enhance jobsite safety with a Thrown Object Deflector that reduces the quantity and distance of thrown debris.
- Diversify your end product by incorporating the Fuel Chip Attachment (FCA) allowing your grinder to be converted to a chipper.
