The D220x300 S3 Navigator® horizontal directional drill from Vermeer conquers every task and supports you at every jobsite, whether you’re working in tough rural terrain or in a congested urban setting. The self-contained D220x300 S3 has a Tier 4 Final engine and a thrust/pullback rating of 242,100 lb (1076.9 kN), offering contractors the features to maximize productivity. The D220x300 S3 also features a roomy cab, and an operator’s station with the dual joysticks found throughout the Navigator lineup, that helps ease training as operators move from drill to drill. Additionally, the drill comes with an optional mud pump.

Field-tested to prove it can handle the toughest large-diameter projects, the D500x500 is equipped with all the features HDD operators need to get the job done. It drills through almost any ground conditions with 50,000 ft-lb/68,000 Nm of rotational torque and 500,000 lbs/2,224 kN of thrust/pullback.
